Problem:
The testcase test_volume_create_with_glusterd_restarts
consist of a asynchronous loop of glusterd restarts
which fails in the lastest runs due to patch [1]
and [2] added to glusterfs which limits the
glusterd restarts to 6.
Fix:
Add `systemctl reset-failed glusterd` to the
asynchronous loop.

Add sleep after glusterd restart is run async
in servers by avoiding another transaction in
progress failure in testcase

In a few testcases in glusterd count++ is missing due to which the
testcase in an infinite loop. Fixing that and sending patch.
