libgfapi: succeed lookup of "/.."
For the root dir, ".." should resolve to itself.
i.e. when
glfs_h_lookupat (fs, NULL, "/..", &stat)
(or)
glfs_h_lookupat (fs, root, "..", &stat)
is performed, stat must contain root dir's information.
