* [TestFix] Remove hot and cold bricks list - Part2Bala Konda Reddy M2020-07-084-22/+6
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | For the non-tiered volume types, In few test cases while bringing bricks offline, collecting both hot_tier_bricks and cold_tier_bricks and it is not needed to collect hot and cold tier bricks. Removing tier kwarg in one of the test. Removing the hot and cold tiered bricks and collecting only bricks of the particular volume as mentioned below. Removing below section ``` bricks_to_bring_offline_dict = (select_bricks_to_bring_offline( self.mnode, self.volname)) bricks_to_bring_offline = list(filter(None, ( bricks_to_bring_offline_dict['hot_tier_bricks'] + bricks_to_bring_offline_dict['cold_tier_bricks'] + bricks_to_bring_offline_dict['volume_bricks']))) ``` Modifying as below for bringing bricks offline. ``` bricks_to_bring_offline = bricks_to_bring_offline_dict['volume_bricks'] ``` Change-Id: I4f59343b380ced498516794a8cc7c968390a8459 Signed-off-by: Bala Konda Reddy M <bala12352@gmail.com>
* [Test] IO conitinuity on brick down in EC VolumeLeela Venkaiah G2020-07-081-0/+215
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Test Steps: - Create, start and mount an EC volume in two clients - Create multiple files and directories including all file types on one directory from client 1 - Take arequal check sum of above data - Create another folder and pump different fops from client 2 - Fail and bring up redundant bricks in a cyclic fashion in all of the subvols maintaining a minimum delay between each operation - In every cycle create new dir when brick is down and wait for heal - Validate heal info on volume when brick down erroring out instantly - Validate arequal on brining the brick offline Change-Id: Ied5e0787eef786e5af7ea70191f5521b9d5e34f6 Signed-off-by: Leela Venkaiah G <lgangava@redhat.com>

Also fixing small issues observed when running all the tests in the file. Change-Id: Iad27cd5bbeccc2bd2f0a7e510f881b0ffcb0d3b6 Signed-off-by: kshithijiyer <kshithij.ki@gmail.com>
* [Libfix] Fix find_specific_hashed methodPranav2020-06-101-2/+6
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Problem: There are scenarios where multiple files are to be renamed to hash to a particular subvol. The existing method returns the same name as the loop always starts from 1. Fix: Adding an optional argument, existing_names which contains names already hashed to the subvol. An additional check is added to ensure the name found is not already used Change-Id: I453ee290c8462322194cebb42c40e8fbc7c373ed Signed-off-by: Pranav <prprakas@redhat.com>
* [Lib] Add method set_rebalance_throttle()sayaleeraut2020-06-091-0/+30
| | | | | | | | | The method takes mnode, volname and throttle-type as parameters. It sets the rebal-throttle for the volume as per the mentioned throttle-type. Change-Id: I9eb14e39f87158c9ae7581636c2cad1333fd573c Signed-off-by: sayaleeraut <saraut@redhat.com>
* [LibFix] Correct the name for dist-arbiter volumesayaleeraut2020-06-091-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | The volume distributed-arbiter was mentined as "distributed-arbiter: &distrbuted_arbiter" and "type: distributed_arbiter" under "volume_types:"; but it must be "&distrbuted-arbiter" and "type: distributed-arbiter", in accordance with the format in gluster_base_class.py Change-Id: I4a35a8827f26050328acfeddc3ce930225181e7a Signed-off-by: sayaleeraut <saraut@redhat.com>
* [TestFix] Correct the library name for a functionsayaleeraut2020-06-081-3/+3
| | | | | | | | | The function "set_volume_options()" is a part of "volume_ops" lib, but was wrongly imported from "volume_libs" lib earlier. Corrected the import statement. Change-Id: I7295684e7a564468ac42bbe1f00643ee150f769d Signed-off-by: sayaleeraut <saraut@redhat.com>
* [Testfix] Move teardownclass to teardownkshithijiyer2020-06-084-43/+43
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Problem: A pattern was observed where testcases which were passing were throwing error in teadownclass this was becuase docleanup was running before teadownclass and when teardownclass was executed it failed as the setup was already cleaned. Solution: Change code to teardown from teardownclass and move setup volume code to setup from setupclass. * [Test] Check stack overflow in readdirpsayaleeraut2020-06-051-0/+131
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Description: The TC checks that there is no stack overflow in readdirp with parallel-readdir enabled. Steps : 1) Create a volume. 2) Mount the volume using FUSE. 3) Enable performance.parallel-readdir and performance.readdir-ahead on the volume. 4) Create 10000 files on the mount point. 5) Add-brick to the volume. 6) Perform fix-layout on the volume (not rebalance). 7) From client node, rename all the files, this will result in creation of linkto files on the newly added brick. 8) Do ls -l (lookup) on the mount-point.
