Subject: ganesha/scripts : Fixing refresh config in ganesha-ha.sh

The change http://review.gluster.org/#/c/14225/ cause a regression
for refresh config funtion in ganesha-ha.sh due to a invalid usage
of awk arguement.

This is backport of below mainstream bug -
