marker: remove some unused functions

build: do not #include "config.h" in each file

Instead of including config.h in each file, and have the additional
config.h included from the compiler commandline (-include option).

When a .c file tests for a certain #define, and config.h was not
included, incorrect assumtions were made. With this change, it can not
happen again.

libglusterfs/dict: make 'dict_t' a opaque object

* ie, don't dereference dict_t pointer, instead use APIs everywhere
* other than dict_t only 'data_t' should be the valid export from dict.h

* added 'dict_foreach_fnmatch()' API
* changed dict_lookup() to use data_t, instead of data_pair_t
